If federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald is recommending three years and
change as a sentence for Scooter Libby, who was complicit in outing a

Statement Of ALGOP Chair Mike Hubbard
Regarding ALADEMS' Continuing Defense Of
Don Siegelman
by Mike Hubbard Chairman of ALGOP
Ultra-liberal newspapers like the New York Times and others are asking
for an investigation into the Siegelman conviction with no facts, no
evidence and no basis of knowledge.
One woman, Dana Jill Simpson, has signed an affidavit in Georgia that
says Karl Rove and others conspired to put Don Siegelman in jail in
2002. She also claims the Ku Klux Klan was somehow involved. This
person has no evidence to support the outrageous conspiracy theory,
and she waited five years to come forward with her allegations.
